Kelly is an endorsed educational and developmental psychologist who runs a private practice on Wickham Terrace in Brisbane. She offers psychotherapy to a range of people experiencing emotional and relational difficulties. Kelly has a special interest in working with early career professionals in helping fields. She offers clinical supervision to psychologists and other health professionals and can supervise educational and developmental psychology registrars for endorsement.

Kelly completed a Master of Psychology (Educational and Developmental) at Queensland University of Technology in 2018 and is registered as an educational and developmental psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. Kelly is a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi) and regular attendee of the Psychoanalytically Oriented Psychology Interest Group (POPIG).
